Some of the products here at Radiant Ribbons contain small parts. All products are securely attached and should not come apart with normal use! All of our products are to be used as accessories only...they are not toys and should not be treated as such. If they were to come apart, they could pose a choking hazard. Therefore, we suggest that they always be used with supervision! It is not recommended that small children be left alone with any product (if laying down for a nap etc., please remove their bow until they are supervised again).
Radiant Ribbons is not liable for any harm or damage resulting from the improper or unsupervised use of our products. By placing an order with us, you are indicating your understanding and acceptance of this statement.

Yes, this is very important to us! We do not sell or rent the information you provide us to anyone! This information is collected for the sole purpose of giving you the best Customer Service possible! We respect you and your privacy at all times!

Q: Clip Styles
What is the difference between an Alligator Clip and a Metal/French Barrette?
A:
An Alligator Clip is the type you pinch to open, and it opens like an Alligator's mouth opens. A Metal Barrette actually snaps closed.. Most people prefer to use an Alligator Clip on girls with very thin, fine hair and Metal Barrettes are for older girls with more hair. My personal preference is the Metal Barrettes, I use a small Pony-O and then clip the bow under that. It all boils down to your personal preference, though Metal Barrettes are recommended for the larger bows!
Q: Bow Sizes
What are the sizes of your bows?
A:
We offer several sizes to our customers.
Infant - Approx. 2 - 2.5 inches wide
Small (Toddler) - Approx. 3 - 3.5 inches wide
Medium - Approx. 4 - 4.5 inches wide
Large - Approx. 5 - 5.5 inches wide
Jumbow - Approx. 6 - 6 1/4 inches wide
Q: Priority or First Class Mail
Can you tell me what Priority Mail and First Class mail is?
A:
Priority Mail usually takes between 2-3 days to arrive to your home from our studio. Priority mail includes a Delivery Confirmation number sent to you so you can check on your package location once we ship it out.
First Class mail, once shipped from our studio, it takes between 2-14 days before reaching it's final destination.
Q: Local Customers
I live in Owensboro, do you deliver or can I pick up my package?
A:
We LOVE our local customers!!! Our studio is located in a rural area between beechgrove and St. Joe. We have found that most people don't want to drive 30 min. out of town due to the price of gas so we have a drop off site now. Storm's Trophies (my father-n-law's trophy shop) is our new drop off / Pick Up site located just off of parish Ave. on Woodlawn Ave. (one block away from Cigar Factory Mall). For more information on this please contact us.

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept all forms of payment from PAYPAL.
No PayPal account, that's ok too! We also accept all forms of Visa & MasterCard thru our secure checkout. If you are a business that has a PROPAY account we will accept a transfer from your account to ours, just contact us.
Personal Checks and Money Orders are always welcomed here as well!
Q: Sending a Payment by mail
I just placed an order and am paying by check, who do I make the check payable to and what address do I need to send the payment to? Do I need to include anything else with the check?

Q: Do you take Checks or Money Orders?
For security purposes we do not use our credit cards for online purchases, do you accept personal checks or money orders?
A:
YES, we always welcome personal checks or money orders. However, when purchasing hair bows we will not be able to start on any order placed with us by check or money order until the payment has been received.
Q: Wholesale
Do you accept Wholesale orders?
A:
Unfortunantly at this time we cannot accept any Wholesale orders.
Q: When will I get my Ribbon By The Yard?
I just placed an order for some ribbon from the Ribbon By The Yard section. Do I still have to wait the Processing Time listed on your site?
A:
If you ordered Ribbon and nothing else then NO you don't have to. Normally ribbon orders ship within 48 hours HOWEVER this will depend on the amount of ribbon you order. If you are purchasing many yards of one color the time frame may vary depending on if the amount needed is in stock. If you need to know fast please email us ASAP with the color and amount, we will get back with you as fast as we can.
If you are purchasing BOTH bows and ribbon then your processing time will be the time listed on our website. If you are needing the ribbon FAST then we suggest placing two orders; one for ribbon and one for bows.
Q: When can I expect my Hair Bows?
I just placed my hair bow order, when can I expect to get them?
A:
To figure out when you'll be getting your hair bows first you will have to visit the homepage of our website to find out what the current Processing Time is. Then find out if you chose Priority Mail or First Class Mail. Add both of those times together and you have your latest arrival date.
For example: If your estimated processing time is 2 weeks and you chose Priority Mail shipping (2-3 days) then your arrival date is within 17 days of purchase.
Q: What to expect when opening your package
What will i expect when I open my mailbox? Will my items be in a secure box or an envelope?
A:
All of our hair bows are placed on either a 4x5.5 in or 5.5x8.5 in. Bow Card. The bows are securely wrapped inside tissue paper and placed inside a sturdy cardboard box. We include an invoice/packing slip inside the box that has all the details of your order. We then use packing tape to secure the outside of the box to help ensure that your bows arrive to you safely. You will never find our bows arriving to you in an envelope!!!
Q: What is Processing Time?
What does Processing Time mean? And how long is it?
A:
Processing time is the amount of time that we require to handcraft your items. All of our orders are shipped out on a first come first serve basis. Our processing time can be as short as one week or as long as 5 weeks. We always list our current processing time on the homepage of our website.
