Hello and welcome to my Hair Bow boutique, my name is Shanda. I know how hard it is to place your personal information on the internet, and to not know who your dealing with. I want my customers and future customers to know who I am, so you feel safe online. I want my customers to feel at home on my website, to know me and to know my life. First of all, I just turned 27 this past November, i`m not a smoker so all your bows come from a smoke and pet free home. I don`t have a lot of money, I am a work at home mom so basically all the money I make goes directly to the groceries or back into inventory. I have a wonderful husband (Pip) and two beautiful girls (Kahlan & Cara Jo). We live on a very large farm in Owensboro Kentucky (GO UK WILDCATS!!).
In 2001 after Cara was born I descovered that buying one red bow for one little girl just would not work anymore. I needed at least two red bows!!! The local store had those two red bows on their shelfs, for $10.00 each! That`s when i decided to try making bows for the first time. I could not let other mothers like myself to be spending all that money on such cute accessories like that, especially when we can be putting it on other things. Now we can buy those bows and not have to worry if we can still afford to buy the extra purse to go with that outfit for our little girl. That brings me to where I am today, a certafied bow maker for over 5 years now.
Our bows are made with only the finest material available. We don't use "Frey Check" on our bows, we don't like the "homemade look". We use a wonderful system that Heat Seals the bows ends to keep them from freying. On our Korker Bows we do use a non toxic spray treatment that keeps our korkers from being worn looking, flat and it helps keep their shape. Each bow is made by myself, I take great pride in what I do so you'll be happy with the results.
Now with the THANK U'S....I would like to say Thank you to my family for sticking by my side. Thank you to my mom and my grandmother for helping me when times get tough. Thank you to all my good friends who have had to wait patiently for me to finish my orders before we can go catch a bite to eat. And Thank you to all of my customers, to the one`s like Rene` and Lisa B. who have always been there and will always be and to the new customers for putting your trust in me and to everyone for your suport and friendship
